All information collected by Dance With Us is used for internal purposes only and will not be sold to or shared with any person, business, or entity outside our establishment. We occasionally send e-mail notices of sales to customers. If you would like to add your e-mail address to our mailing list to assure that you receive these notices please send a blank e-mail to: subscribe@annasdancewear.com.

Shipping
We ship Priority Mail which normally gets your package to you in 2 to 3 regular business days once it is shipped. Shipping will be charged at a rate of $7.50 for the first $100 of merchandise. $15.00 shipping for merchandise totals between $100 to $200 continuing at a rate of $7.50 increments per every $100. Shipping to Canada will be charged at a rate of $15.00 for the first $100 of merchandise. $25.00 shipping for merchandise totals between $100 to $200 continuing at a rate of $10.00 increments per every $100.

We accept money orders only on all orders shipped outside the United States and Canada. All orders shipped outside the United States or Canada will be charged the current shipping rate for that country. If you are having an order shipped to a foreign address we will e-mail you the total including the shipping charges. Please wait for our e-mail before obtaining your money order or you may call us at 256-775-8438.

Express Shipment
Need your order in a hurry? We can also ship overnight. Just select this under shipping options. You will be charged the current shipping rate for overnight delivery for your location. The minimum shipping charge on most overnight orders is $17.85. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will not be shipped until the next regular business day. If you need your order shipped UPS you may request that option in the comment box on the second page of your order form when checking out. If you would like to know your exact shipping charges you may also request that information in the comment box of your order form or send us an e-mail and we will e-mail you the total.

Returns
We feel that you will be delighted with the quality of our merchandise. If however, for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or exchange in the event that a different size is needed. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Any merchandise returned after 10 days from receipt can only be returned for exchange or in-store credit. Please contact us by phone at 256-775-8438 or by e-mail to let us know that you are returning an item. We can not accept returns on worn shoes.

Payment
All payment information is sent through a secure server which encrypts the information for your protection. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You also have the option of sending us your order and then calling in your credit card information. If you are sending in your order during off hours or weekends, please call the following business day with your credit card information. All orders shipped outside the US or Canada must be paid for with a money order. We can no longer process Credit Card orders on foreign accounts.

You may also place your order and pay by cashiers check or money order. We can not accept personal checks. You can print off your order and send it in along with your cashiers check or money order made out to Dance With Us.
